For most of our services, we don't directly collect any information ourselves. However, our websites and web apps use Google Analytics in order to determine how our website and web apps get used and use the data provided in order to make decisions on where we should focus changes and improvements. However, the data collected is not stored by us and it does not contain any personally identifiable information.
If you are raising a new support ticket, feature request or raising a new issue with one of our apps or services then we will collect personally identifiable information. However, this is provided by the yourself, the user of the service. The information we collect will be your name and email address so that we can contact you in order to get more information about your issue and provide you with updates if required. We also collect analytical data, such as your IP address, country and town in order to determine where the most issues are being raised and for determining abusive locations that may be submitting spam to our web service. The information collected through our support portal is not used for anything else, other than the purpose of providing support with what you raised via the portal, we will never sell or provide access to any third party unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Some of our apps will provide crash detection. This is an actively developed crash monitoring solution developed in house by Boardies IT Solutions. This is currently used by our android apps, however, other services will likely be using this in the future and will also be made available when we have completed the project and completed our internal testing.
If you have any questions or concerns, or wish to have your data anonymised such as for your support tickets etc, then please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
